Zero Proof is an alcohol tracking app that allows users to log drinks, save notes, manage custom drink presets, and optionally sync alcohol-related data to Apple Health.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on our servers.

Information you enter in the app is stored locally on your device unless you choose to use Apple services such as Apple Health or Photos.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The app may store the following information locally on your device:

• Drink records you create
• Daily notes or journal entries
• Custom drink presets
• Custom preset images you choose from your photo library
• App settings such as reminder preferences and volume unit preferences
• Favorite presets

4. Apple Health Integration

If you choose to connect Zero Proof to Apple Health, the app may write alcohol consumption data to Apple Health through HealthKit.

This access is optional and only occurs after you grant permission.

We do not receive, store, or transmit your HealthKit data to our servers.

5. Photos Access

If you choose to create or edit a custom drink preset with your own image, the app may request access to your photo library.

Selected images are stored locally on your device for use within the app.

We do not upload your photos to our servers.

6. Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app may send local notifications on your device to remind you to log your drinks or notes.

Notification settings can be changed at any time in the app or in your iPhone settings.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

Any data shared with Apple services, such as Apple Health, is handled according to Apple's systems and permissions.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Your app data remains on your device until you edit or delete it, or until you delete the app.

You can delete drink records, notes, and custom presets from within the app.

Deleting the app will generally remove locally stored app data from your device, subject to iOS behavior and backup settings.

9. Children's Privacy

Zero Proof is not intended for children.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected by revising the "Last updated" date above.
